Building menu in space.

I believe this happened when the building got updated while the menu was open. After this happened, other windows refused to open.

Actually looking at this again it's the old issue of the menu showing up in duplicate the other side of the camera from the building. I think other windows refusing to open was a different issue with it failing to register clicks after returning to the window.

That's an issue with gluProject and not checking if something is in front of the camera or not. Easy to fix

Don't draw building context menu if we're facing away from the building. Resolves #87
