introduce speed cap

After you hit a useless amount of speed you will start to glitch through asteroids, enemy ships / bullets, and upgrades. (you can still shoot and destroy normal things) But you will still slam to a stop if you hit an open tunnel.

Basicly there is ho speed cap, and you can go so fast that you can not be hit from asteroids/enemys and their bullets. But your bullets still hit upgrades/enemys/asteroids.

you can get going so fast that you touch nothing and nothing touches you. No escape, you can't slow down either. It's like you entered hyperspace ;-)

apply an arbitrary (but high) speed limit, to prevent glitching when travelling too fast - resolves #162
