Not able to use Windows' window buttons

The game window captures the cursor if the cursor is over the entirety of the window (including the part at the top), even in the pause menu.

This means that I cannot close the game the way that a normal user would - nor can I hit the minimize or maximize buttons, or double-click the bar at the top of the window for its functionality.

I should clarify that the pause menu is no different for this than from the rest of the time.

Just re-experiencing this now, Windows 10 build 1607, steam version of game.

aaa I need to open this too, commenting on resolved isn't enough

This does not appear to happen with the current builds, as long as the game is in pause mode - tested on Win 7.
