View stays locked during ship death

If you are holding X to lock onto you when you die the lock stays on even without holding X. This also affects the new menu because it does not allow you to look around at the options, also when starting a new round it forces you to look down while "flying" to the first sphere.

The up side to this bug is it does allow the ship to be automatically in the middle of the screen when entering a new sphere, which would be a handy feature if you want to put it in.
