Feature Request: configure rotation increment

With different fields of view, The ability to hit distant targets can be hampered by too large an angular motion for the minimum press of the rotate button. Thus the minimum angular displacement needs to be configurable. The reducing the minimum angle should not effect rotation speed when the control is held down.
