Available Tasks

ApproxWF is designed to perform multiple tasks. To specify the desired task, the mandatory argument task has to be specified either in the input file or on the command line. Each task requires/allows for specific parameters that can be found on respective page.

The following tasks are currently available:

• simulate: simulate time-series data
• estimate: Infer locus specific selection coefficients, population size, mutation rate and sequence error rate from time-series data
• trajectories: Simulate allele frequency trajectories
• convertWFABC: Convert input to WFABC format (task convertWFABC)
