Prevent term highlighting in headings

We need an admin console toggle option that would allow us to stop/prevent any term highlighting when terms appear in headings (h1, h2, h3, and so on).

This should also cooperate with Issue #40 (https://bitbucket.org/wknowledge/glossary-terminology-manager/issues/40/highlight-only-the-first-occurence-of-a). For example, if “no term highlighting in headings” is enabled and “highlight only first occurrence on page” is also enabled, and the first occurrence of a term on a page is in a heading, then the first occurrence of the term on a page outside a heading/not inside a heading is highlighted instead of the actual one in the heading.
