Documentation: Make available options clearer

There are many commands where the available options to each command are not particularly clear. For example, which "sets" of elemental properties are available.

The documentation should better describe where to find options for each command.

As I run into problems supporting people, I'll keep updating the list of commands in particular to look at:

<data> attributes properties add set <set>
