Keep Track of Prediction Uncertainties

We currently do not store any uncertainties for the predictions from regression models.

Not too many ML algorithms linked into Magpie generate this data, but we should be able to store it when they do.

Most of the work here will be in modifying BaseEntry and MultipropertyEntry.
