"stats" output ambiguous

The stats format for Magpie prints out the most likely class and the probability of most likely class. For example, the file

name, measured, predicted, probability, "Ti0.1Al0.8Fe0.1", NaN, 1.0000000e+00, 8.4000000e-01

means that Ti0.1Al0.8Fe0.1 is likely to be class 1 with a probability of 84%.

This is confusing and documented no where. Perhaps, we should print out all the probabilities and the class names in plaintext.
