Data Collection and Storage

When you use User Macro for Confluence Cloud, please be assured that we do not collect or store any client data on our local servers. Our applications exclusively rely on the data stored within your client instances. While our applications interact with this data, we do not collect or save it in any way, nor do we have unfettered access to it.

All data our applications access is used solely for display purposes within Wombats Corp apps. To enhance security, we encourage clients to connect via the SSL protocol, ensuring data encryption between the server and the end-user.

Data Ownership

For Atlassian Apps installed on-server (on client servers), the data is entirely owned and controlled by the client. We do not collect, store, or access any client data on our servers. Your data remains within your organization's environment.

Support

Wombats Corp provides support services for our applications eight hours a day, five days a week. Please refer to our Service Level Agreement (SLA) for more information.

Privacy Assurance

At Wombats Corp, we understand the significance of safeguarding our clients' information. We are fully committed to complying with all applicable privacy regulations and best practices. As such, we do not store any of our clients' personal information locally or on our servers.

Integration with Atlassian Instances

Please note that our Atlassian Apps are designed to integrate seamlessly with Atlassian instances. We do not engage in any data collection activities beyond what is necessary for the functioning of our applications within the Atlassian ecosystem.
