    Resolves #38 - new podcasting functions. Much improved handling of enclosures. Now uses the built in WordPress feed system and hooks into to it to add itunes info. This means you can have a feed for every service type, preacher, series, topic, or Bible book, just by adding /feed/ to the end of the url. TODO- change feed header per taxonomy.
