SM not populating iTunes enclosure tags with MP3 URLs

Multiple sites using sermon manager are not populating enclosure tags for each sermon. All sermon posts contain valid MP3 files but the enclosure tag is not populating with the MP3 URL in the feed.

Impact: iTunes podcasts do not display sermons that do not have an enclosure.

another tidbit that may be of some use. From [e-mail]

"Sermon Manager for WP is not generating the podcast feed correctly. It was working fine before last update. The feed guid tags now contain "http://domain.com?post_type=wpfc_sermon&p=123" instead of a direct path to the mp3 file. How do I fix this?"
