Inconsistent projections employed in default/sample data for client and server

The default configuration for the client employs several projections that are not supported by the default WMS Server using demodata.

These should be made consistent.

Made configuration of client and servers consistent.

Removed several campaign specific projections in default client interface. Added one stereographic projection to server.
