GUI load of different config.json fails

If we try to load a config File from the GUI by load configuration the new data is not used.

Resolve Issue #127

Changing the config file name did not, interestingly, change the default value employed in the function actually loading the file. This seems to be similar to using lists as default argument, which also are not newly evaluated each time the function is called.
