time information on vertical section plots

It would be helpful to have a time information on the x-axis of the vertical section (side view) plot, instead of the lat/lon information. Either time since launch (h) or UTC time. Some experiements like air samplers need to be operated in advance by using time information.

This should be feasible by adding an option for this to the map appearance dialogue.

Add labeling in time for SideView

If performance feature are shown in TableView, the SideView also shows UTC time in hour:minute format.
