Changing map appearance deletes WMS image title

If the map appearance dialogue is opened, the title of the WMS figure is changed according to the currently set layer and style WMS dialogue. If no map was retrieved, yet, or a different layer was selected without retrieving the map, this desynchronizes the title from the displayed picture.

Resolve issue #174

Remove update of title of topview caused by change of map settings. This was likely a remainder of the tangentpoint feature that was once located in the settings dialogue, which added the tangentpoint altitude to the title.
