Crash in MSWMS vertical section plot If the two last waypoints share the same coordinate

If the two last waypoints share the same coordinate, MSWMS crashes in vertical section routines that call the latlon log setup.

The errors stems from the switch from one great circle routine to another and also caused some minor artefacts in all vertical section plots.

Fix problem with proper computation of flight path

The lon/lat fields were too long (especially compared to the time field).
