flightstar input plugin rounds coordinates

The flightstar input plugin reads in coorinates from the format xx degrees yy.zz minutes. So arc minutes wit two decimal digits. The flitestar plugin rounds the data in decimal degrees, in order to not display lengthy numbers in the table view. However, if the output data are written out in the same format xx degrees yy.zz the numbers are different in the last 1 digit which may be confusing. Therefor I suggest to change the rounding in the flitestar pluging from 2 to 3 digits
