demodata pressure levels uses inconsistent units

Pressure is given in Pa and hPa, which causes some interpolation routines to use the wrong portion of the vertical profile. Make this consistent or properly take different units into account.

    some fixes to generate more sensible demodata.

    • Pressure levels uses different units for horizontal levels (hPa) then for 4-D pressure field (Pa). Fix inconsistency
    • Geopotential altitude varied to much. Reduced for proper amount of contours.
