server capabiltiies should be used to create a basics mss_settings.json

As the server knows about the area used in its data he could create an example mss_settings.json and provide it downloadable to its user

it would be great if some predefined_map_sections are available which matches the data.

I think this should rather be integrated into the capabilities XML returned by the server. Currently, the server just returns a global bbox for each dataset; here, it should rather return the actual data bbox (this would correspond to the WMS standard). The client can use this information to provide "default" map sections.
