WMS read does not recognize temperature in ECMWF data

The WMS read does not recognize temperature in ECMWF data, if no standard_name is present in the files. Although the different long_names are used in netCDF4tools.py in the directory CFVariableIdentifier, this the directory is over-written

bug removed, in which entries in CFVariableIdentifier were over-written. fixes issue #83
