Thumbnails for folders

Some renderers (wdtv) support custom folder thumbnails. Looks like it can be achieved by creating JPEG_TN resource for folders the same way as is done for files.

There should be thumbnails for:

• folders (folder.jpg, colage from files in the folder)
• series (tvdb, folder.jpg)
• music albums (based on the first found album art of the album's songs)
• maybe online repositories (and integrate with plugins/serviidb)

Sony Bravia TV, Sony PS3 also support folder thumbnails (Look at PS3 Media Server).

it would be brilliant to have thumbnail folders for online sources I know my bravia tv supports this.

if all the YouTube feeds are organised in one folder as you have planned in 0.6.1, the root YouTube folder can have the YouTube logo, same applies for other sources.

I would also like to see this implemented I have a WDTV box and a few other devices, might have to check if the others support it as well.
