[CDS API] - Folder thumbnails

It would be very useful if CDS API containers could have a thumbnailUrl attribute. This could simply use the thumbnailUrl of the first item in the container. This would be especially useful for the audio album views, but also for images and videos. I would then use this in ServiiGo to make browsing content a little more visual.

Out of the different container categories for search results, which ones will have thumbnails?

SERIES, ALBUMS, ALBUM_ARTISTS, FOLDERS

In https://bitbucket.org/xnejp03/serviio/issue/271/thumbnails-for-folders you list series, albums and folders. Would it be possible to add it to Artists/Album artists as well. It would be a shame to be able to show thumbnails for all other containers in the results but not for artists. This could simply be a random album cover.
