MKV Files not showing in the list for 52XBR9 Sony Bravia TV

Former user created an issue

I have recently installed Serviio on QNAP TS-219P+, runs good, PS3 sees all video files, including mkv files. But same mkv files are not visible for my Sony Bravia 52XBR9 tv. Please help.

    file has been added according to he logs. you should see it in the Folders category. It might not be in the Movies category if the metadata has no been found online for the file name.

    Same issue here with some MKV. They are not showing up at all, even when I look with another device (android tablet). A few MKV are ok. .
