Window size jump

On Mac laptops, docking and undocking windows (e.g., plot window) causes the main window to spontaneously jump in size.

The spontaneous jump also occurs when I click points and advance to the next frame. It only occurs when I am using my built-in laptop screen (1920 x 1200), and doesn't occur when I use an external monitor.

Hi David or Armita, Can you easily reproduce the issue and would have either of you time before or after XUG to test a little bit around? I cannot reproduce it on my machine, so it is really hard to narrow down the problem. Ben

fixes #102: Changed the sizing of the plotwindow and the cameraviews so that it can have smaller sizes.
