horizontal flipping

Make it possible to flip images of each camera separately. Maybe don’t take away flip images check box from the bottom of the dialog, but add flip images as an option for each camera (for grids, cubes and trial images). Reason for this is that we are now sometimes using one of the C-arm fluoroscopes along with Keck machines (sometimes Tri-Plane!). So C-arm images need to be flipped, but not the Keck machine images.
