Selecting "load dataset" or "new dataset" closes trial without saving

I just noticed that when you are within a dataset, selecting File -> New dataset or File -> load dataset closes the one I am currently working in without giving the warning about saving the file. Cancelling doesn't help, just clicking "new dataset" or "load dataset" closes the current one. Maybe there could be a warning in the future, too?
