1 and 2 tracks backward and forward
Q and W or arrow keys move to the previous or next frame without tracking
3 moves to the last tracked frame of the current tracked segment and Shift-3 moves to the first frame of the current tracked segment
Escape key stops tracking
Click in the timeline to go to that frame
Shift-click a point in the image to select that point in Points Window
Delete tracked points by shift-dragging in the timeline to select them and then press delete key
