Escorting fighters moving back and forth

Observed in HXW6, X-wing RED assigned to escort TRN - while TRN is docking, X-wings can be seen moving forward and backwards uncharacteristically.

Fixed: Issue #441 (Escorting fighters moving back and forth). Low AI skill ships still show kind of a doubtfull flight pattern when they are following their escortee. However all ships now will stop in their right escorting position when the escortee is not moving.
