PACM Help

1. Install

PACM is in google chrome store.

1. Visit PACM in Web Store of Add-ons - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/preangel-captable-manager/pheefaclnecanafhidcjkjmmofdphike
2. Install

2. Create new Captable

1. Open google spreadsheet at http://www.google.com/sheets/about/
2. Create a new spreadsheet on google
3. In menu "Add-ons", Find "PreAngel Captable Manager", click "Create new captablization table"
4. Follow the wizard

4. How to use PF() function

PF() is the most important part of PACM. It's purpose is:

1. easy to put any portfolio captable information into spreadsheet cell. i.e.:
2. =PF("Cool Startup", "value", 1) means: get 2nd round valuation from portfolio "Cool Startup"
3. =PF("Cool Startup", "percent",-1) means: get last round percentage of my own from portfolio "Cool Startup"
4. keep cell data up to date when portfolio captable got updates
