Missing link in docs: Metadata should link to types

Documentation on the type system can be found at types.

Currently there's no link, but I suspect the word 'types' should be hyperlinked to http://docs.sqlalchemy.org/en/latest/core/type_basics.html

I'd submit a PR, but not sure how to do a relative link here...
