CRISPer

Overview

CRISPer is a pipeline that computes CRISPR types and also CRISPOL types, using CRISPR and CRISPOL typing schemes for Salmonella only and is run on an assembly (after successful assembly from short reads by QAssembly). The determined values for CRISPR and CRISPOL can be viewed in search results in the experimental data area on the right-hand side by selecting CRISPR and CRISPOL, respectively, from the Experimental Data drop down menu.

Version 1.2 is the most recent version of the CRISPer pipeline. However, the CRISPer pipeline does not run at present although the results from all legacy processing by the pipeline are available.
