AF After Filter Change Trigger fires too often

Using NINA 2.2, the AF After Filter Change Trigger fires even if the filter has been going through an Autofocus run right before (see attachment for advanced sequencer example). I’m switching the filter to Red and right after, I call an Autorun. Once Autorun is finished an exposure should be taken, causing the AF After Filter Change trigger to fire. (Previously, I had imaged with another filter).

If I wouldn’t place the Exposure there, the next sequence, calling smart exposures would let the trigger fire.
