Description

When switching profile the 'Sky Atlas' page, 'Object Type' selection list get 'extra' loaded with the types.

Steps to Reproduce

If you start start NINA the object types are loaded, OK
Now switch profile → Object type list get two times the same types loaded.

Expected behaviour

List should only contain 1 set.

So load only once or clear before loading the list.

Actual behaviour

Each time you switch profile the list get longer and longer with doubles.
