Autofocus runs with current Profile-ID are not shown after changing the profile

Actual behaviour

I’ve noticed since Version 3.0 the autofocus logs in %LOCALAPPDATA%\NINA\AutoFocus are now containg the Profile-ID in the filename.
When I’m starting NINA with (e.g with Profile ID 09c4f5a5-947f-441d-8009-03a0ce21cd2b) and then I switch to my second Profile (ID 0e48338d-b62e-452f-bd35-75572210a51), then under Imaging Autofocus the autofocus runs with the current Profile-ID are not shown. Only the autofocus runs without a Profile-ID and with the Profile-ID NINA has been started are shown.

Expected behaviour

Autofocus runs with the current acitve Profile-ID should be shown/accessible

Steps to Reproduce

• Start NINA
• Load a different Profile
• Go to Imaging Autofocus
• now the autofocus runs with the current Profile-ID are not shown/accessible
