Camera labels incorrect when plugging in ZWO camera while application is running

I've had this happen twice, once on 1.8 x64 (released version) and on 1.9 nightly ~~#021~~ also x64.

To reproduce:

Initial conditions:I had my guide camera (ZWO ASI120MC) plugged in but NOT my imaging camera (ZWO ASI1600MM).

1: start NINA 2: go to equipment tab, camera sub-tab 3: notice that only the ASI120MC is an option under ZWOptical 4: plug in ASI1600MM 5: click on rescan devices button 6: notice that there are two ASI120MC cameras listed when there should be one ASI120 and one ASI1600.

As a workaround, I close NINA and reopen NINA (with both cameras plugged in!). At this point the camera list is correct, showing two different ZWO Cameras.

There were no errors in log file (log level set to error).

This is a minor issue but I don't think it is working as expected.

I do not know if other brands of camera are affected.
