stretching in the Framing window

I'd like to suggest making it possible to adjust stretching of images in Framing, when these images have been uploaded from a file. These images are often dim and flat and judging angles is very difficult

I believe images are automatically stretched when loading from a file. I observe this behaivour in 1.10 Nightly #12.
