Cancel exposure if autoguiding parameters exceeded

Issue #361 duplicate
Aaron Dalton created an issue

This is a handy feature present in AstroPhotography Tool. Basically if an autoguiding parameter is exceeded (in APT defined by a pixel value distance to the guide star, say 2 pixels off center) the exposure cancels. This can then result in starting a new exposure, or possibly waiting a preset amount of time before trying to resume.

It can help save time and wasted images if a gust of wind or passerby nudges the scope, 1 minute into a 5+ minute exposure without interfering with the whole imaging sequence.
