Allow Sequence to finish or start at specified time.

Apologies as Im sure there was a previous issue about this but I cant find it and perhaps its been deleted, or i dreamt it?

For example, I am currently acquiring 120sec Halpha frames of a galaxy. However at 0315 I am keen to start imaging 2I/Borisov, on the dot! I cannot specify exactly how may 120sec images to acquire to finish at precisely 0315, as I just dont know, there are too many unknowns, and besides, this is a PITA!

It would be wonderful to have an option enable a sequence to start or end at a specified time.

Instead I will have to set an alarm for 0300 and do it manually, which is going to piss off my girlfriend.
