HI why should i have to reset filter names if i already put them in the FILTER edit menu.the imaging window pop up with filters on the right side.. but only shows number 1,2,3,...etc.that is not good. thanksjoe i can not find a button to take darks,, or bias's or flats??where in the whole window are the buttons for darks and flats...i dont see itin the camera connect..camera settings...or imaging choices..

You should definitely consult the manual first on how to use the application.

for the filters you need to import them from the filter wheel inside the options once to have them shown with the proper names. The reason being to be able to plan sequences when the filter wheel is not connected.
