Add Sequencer STOP option, when PHD2 gets out of certain margins, and START again when inside range of 4

Add an option in Sequencer to STOP when PHD2 is out of certain margins, and START again when inside range of 4 in PHD2. If there is an option to select Sequence Stop and Start in certain PHD2 fails to guide in DEC or RA, in a margin -lets say- of 4, then we could save a lot of star trails and generally useless data in a shot. That option would be a game changer if we could avoid egg shaped stars in our subs.
