Any mob can be enabled for interaction

Regadless of missing initializers/factories, any mob can be enabled for interactions in the config.

Also any script inside the scripts folder gets loaded, regadless if that mob is activated or not.

This causes buggy and unintended behaviour and should be fixed.

Do not create an adapter if a mob is enabled but has no initializer or factories associated with it. Closes #3
