Add more detailed Metadata selection

To allow for granular selection of metadata components when fetching objects, like it is allowed in MavensMate and Eclipse.

I'm just curious as to what level of granularity you're wanting here. At the module level, the metadata selection tree allows you to select whatever granularity you'd like from a single metadata object up to the entire set of metadata. Or are you asking for contextual selection as requested in #83 or #61? Just trying to get clarity on the request. Thanks!

You are right it was just my expectation that FieldSets, ListViews and Fields would be grouped as they are in other tools.

Yeah, I decided to make the tree parallel the structure of package.xml rather than the containment model of the metadata types. Thanks for following up!
