Please read the following instructions before you start to run LipidHunter.

How to install LipidHunter?
To run LipidHunter from source code will allow you to see all status of the program while it is running and keep tracking the new features from the latest source code.
However, if you just want to try LipidHunter in an easier way or do not like to run through any command. We also provide pre-combined distribution of LipidHunter for Windows

Download the appropriated packages for your system with
Python 2.7 64bit
.Follow the official guide to finish the installation of
Anaconda
.You can apply for an
Academic License
, but it is not required byLipidHunter

Canopy
Academic version (Recommended formacOS

is available from the following link:https://store.enthought.com/downloads/#default
Download the appropriated packages for your system with
Python 2.7 64bit
.Follow the official guide to finish the installation of
Canopy
.Attention! You need to apply for an
Academic License
to continue the installation ofLipidHunter

Install dependencies

For professional users.
Install the following python packages:
- numpy = 1.11.3 - pandas = 0.19.0 - scipy = 0.18.1 - pymzml = 0.7.7 - xlrd = 1.0.0 - openpyxl = 2.4.0 - pyside = 1.2.1 - matplotlib = 1.5.3
we recommend to use pip to install above packages in an virtual enviroment with python 2.7.12 64bit.
