Clicking trees not always selecting cells in the matrix

I believe this issue is related to issue #207. Sometimes, when you click a subtree of the row/gene tree, the selection in the interactive matrix is not updated. Update occurs after selecting a subtree in the column/array tree. Attached is a screen-recording of the bug.

    Fixed the more major concerns of issue #207, where gene searches were not updating the interactive matrix. Fixed issue #215, which was caused by the same bug.

    Repaint was not getting called when gene/row selections changed.
