You want the program to be usable by different people. How likely is that it will be used like that?

While its may be a useful feature for someone, there is much else to do and I would prefer to concentrate on something with a low usefulness/effort rate value. If there will arise a particular need, I will implement it.

I would be possible to implement a simple version where one uses command line argument to specify a user. Each user gets their own preferences. A more complex version would be same but with GUI.
