Incorrect error message when attempting to add anime still pending approval

When trying to add an anime that is still pending approval, the Atarashii API returns a 401 unauthorized error. Adding such an anime on the official API returns a 400 Bad Request with the body:

This anime has not been approved yet.

The Atarashii API should return an error that better reflects the issue.

Catch Unapproved Titles

If a title has not been approved, return an error rather than trying to run the parser and failing further on.
