Ability to view images in pull request descriptions and comments

Similar to #80

The pull request details view does not render images/GIFs embedded in the description, so reviewers must open the PR in Bitbucket to get the full context. It would be great if these were rendered inline.

just to note: in #314 the topic was the lack of “Download” functionality for Jira attachments. I know, images are also an attachment so I suggest to rename the ticket to indicate that Bitbucket and Jira are affacted and that it affects all attachments, not just images.
