Unable to download attachments from Jira issues

Ferdinand Helmer created an issue 2019-12-15

it is possible to upload new attachments, however, impossible to download existing ones.

This is a missing feature that we’re working on. I’m marking this as a duplicate of an issue related to Bitbucket but there’s some more information on the corresponding issue for Jira https://bitbucket.org/atlassianlabs/atlascode/issues/80/cant-see-images-attached-to-issues.

We now have three related issues:
- View embedded images in issue descriptions/comments (~~#80~~)
- View embedded images in pull request descriptions/comments (#274)
- Download issue attachments (~~#314~~, this issue) which may or may not be images and may or may not be embedded in the description or comments
